"Rebuilding
Together" 2004
Every year Mark
Rasch, Mary Bendel and the employees of Benchmark Developers
and Cachet Homes participate in "Rebuilding Together", a program
sponsored by the HBA.
"Once again, HBA
member volunteers and suppliers worked together to brighten
the lives of two needy St. Louis Homeowners. On Saturday,
May 1, 2004, coordinators from the Remodelors Council and
the Custom Home Builders Council (CHBC) assigned both complex
and simple duties to dozens of volunteers. As a result, both
homes are now much more safe and useable. To date, the cash,
material and labor donations for the houses are estimated
to be in the $20,000 to $25,000 range. This was the seventh
straight year the Home Builders Charitable foundation provided
the base funds to "adopt" two houses through "Rebuilding Together".

repaired/installed
